Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Canada: 3–10 business days

United States: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Custom Orders

Custom jewelry orders require additional production time. Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated before work begins.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

ICED LION is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
